Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Houma

I stayed here with some of my friends in June while visiting a friend out there. The staff was a little suspicious of our group and treated us like thugs for the first two days but slowly grew to love us. The room was spacious and absolutely gorgeous as everything in our room seemed new and very clean. The shower was a little low on pressure but otherwise I had a wonderful time in la.

We stayed one night and it was a great experience. Room was clean and spacious, nice desk and extra space by the window. The bathroom was also nice and clean. Breakfast was pretty good for motel standards: waffles, toasted bread, cereals, instant oats/grits, yoghurts. Overall the hotel looks like it was built recently with modern standards and practices. Amazing value for the price (we paid ~$85)

I found the staff to be very kind and professional. The room was clean with clean bedding and very fluffy pillows. My wife called the front desk and requested a extra pillow and about 10 minutes later the pillow was brought to the room. This was our first time staying at a Microtel but I would definitely recommend it. A good choice for the price

Great stay, staff extremely nice, pool was closed but room was clean and quiet. Hot coffee and healthy breakfast each morning. Excellent room view and they also accommodated for my request. Very happy with the experience

My room was clean and well-maintained. When I first arrived there, I had just driven until after midnight and was mildly irritable (and not fully rational). In spite of this, the desk clerk was patient and professional. Kudos!

This place is basic but clean and staff was courteous and friendly. Good place to stay if need a clean overnighter or on a budget.

There was no closets or drawers for clothes, no irons or ironing boards in the rooms. Very surprised! Rooms very clean and fresh, I commend the house cleaning staff. 5 stars!!!
